Benedict

Pignatelli

Benedict is a thirty year old writer from Ireland, currently based in Paris.

Benedict graduated an MA in Creative Writing, from the Paris School of Arts and Culture. He has written for publications including Chelsea Magazine, the Literary Review, and Distilled Post (editor), and is the current Editor-in-Chief of the Menteur Magazine.

He has had short stories accepted by Ripple Effect Radio, Paris Lit Up and the Corvus Review, amongst others, and has been longlisted for several short story prizes including the Bridport Prize and the Brick Lane Short Story Prize. He is the recipient of an Agility Award from the Irish Arts Council (2026).
